Site terms

This site is published by Hood and Somervell County A&M Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 83-3276770). Content is provided for club members, prospective members, families, and donors. Do not use the forms to submit unlawful, abusive, or automated traffic; requests are rate limited and abusive traffic is blocked.

Membership runs on the calendar year. The auto-renew option renews each January until you cancel; email the club to cancel or switch to the one-time option.

Event details, prices, and capacity are listed on each event page and can change. Registration closes on the date shown on the event page. If an event is moved or cancelled, the club announces it and updates the event page.

If you need to cancel a registration, or a charge looks wrong, use the contact form and someone will work it out with you.

Dues, registrations, and donations are processed by the club's payment provider on its own secure checkout pages. The club does not receive or store card numbers.

Club events are photographed and pictures are posted in the photo galleries. If you would like a photo of you or your family removed, email hscaggies@gmail.com and we will take it down.

This site is kept up by hand, so mistakes happen. Deadlines, prices, and scholarship requirements in official club documents control if this site disagrees with them. Tell us and we will fix the page.
