Privacy notice
Plain-language description of what this site collects and how the club uses it. This notice describes current practice and is pending board review.
What we collect
- Information you type into a form on this site: name, email address, topic, message, RSVP party size, and any notes you add. Today these forms hand your message to your own email program to send, so the club receives it as ordinary email.
- Membership and donation details collected by the club's payment provider when you check out. Card numbers never reach this site and the club does not store them.
- Standard server request logs from the hosting provider, used to keep the site available and to block abuse.
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not set third-party marketing cookies.
How we use it
- Answering your question or RSVP
- Maintaining membership and donation records
- Sending club news you asked to receive
- Administering scholarship applications
- Meeting nonprofit recordkeeping and tax obligations
Who sees it
Club volunteers who need the information for the job they do, plus service providers that operate the site, email, and payment processing on the club's behalf. The club does not sell or rent contact information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your record, stop emailing you, or remove information the club is not required to keep. Reply to any club email or write to the address below. Financial records tied to donations and dues are kept for nonprofit reporting even after you opt out of email.
